sandycombsI made Chicken Picatta for dinner tonight and decided it was worthy of sharing here. So, out comes my phone and I'm clicking some really great pictures when I start to wonder if I've already shared this recipe. After a quick search, there it is: Chicken Picatta. And, not only is there a picture of that past Chicken Picatta, it's a picture of Chicken Picatta with the EXACT same sides I served last time.
I'm nothing if not predictable. 😵

I've made this recipe many times and the only changes I've made are increasing the lemon juice to 1/4 cup and using angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti.
