Spring Has Sprung!!

Two weeks ago I posted a picture of a tree covered in so much ice it was bent down to the ground. Today, as I'm driving home from the grocery store, this is what I see:

Bradford Pears and Redbuds are in bloom all over town. I even saw a peach tree with pink fuzz all over. It's supposed to be in the 60s all this week, and might even creep up to 70^o on Saturday.

It's spring! It's spring! *happy dance*

Stranger Things

Well, we took the plunge and started watching "Stranger Things" on Netflix last week. I don't usually go in for this type of show, but we wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Let me tell you, it's addicting! Hubby, who dislikes binge watching, was hard pressed to watch only one episode per night. So far we've only watched the first season, but I am pretty sure we'll continue on with the second season starting tomorrow.

I really don't know how to describe the show without spoiling it for anyone who hasn't watched. All I can say is, if you liked "Eerie, Indiana" or early episodes of "The X-Files" or maybe "Twin Peaks," then you should definitely check out "Stranger Things. Heck, even if you don't like those other shows, "Stranger Things" is still worth a look. I'd love to hear everyone's opinions.
