sandycombs | Got My Hair Did

I went and got about three inches whacked off the bottom of my hair today. It was probably the first time in about five years I had even set foot in a salon. I sort of wish I'd taken a "before" picture. There was a hideous pointy hank of hair that was all dry and broken at the bottom. It had been getting in the way for a while, so something had to be done.

Sorry for the poor quality of the picture, but I've never been good at taking selfies.

I wear my hair long for a couple reasons: 1 - Hubby likes it long and 2 - It's so thin, fine, and colorless, if I cut it short I look completely bald.

I should count myself lucky it hasn't started going grey yet. If I ever do go grey, instead of cutting it off, I might dye it some crazy color like purple or maroon. LOL
