ET Phone Home
Jun. 1st, 2017 09:31 amDoes anyone remember back to the days when we had to be at home and stand or sit close to our phones because they were attached to the wall? We couldn't even tell who was on the other end of the line until we picked it up and said "hello!" How did we ever survive without that tiny computer in our pocket? These days we're lost without our phones.
My phone died while we were on vacation and I had to get a new one a couple days ago. I was still using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the newest Galaxy is the 8, so I guess it was time. I didn't feel like paying an arm and a leg for the name factor, so I went with an LG this time. Wow! it's so big. And pretty. (The picture doesn't do it justice.) And it has a built-in stylus. Score!
There are all sorts of cool bells and whistles on my new phone, including fingerprint recognition. I was skeptical at first, but it seems to work. Hubby was a little jealous, but I let him put his fingerprint on it and that seemed to make him happy. 😂 The biggest learning curve has been the power button located on the back instead of the side. So far I love my new phone.
