Laundry Day
Last week my dryer finally bit the dust. It had been a good one, lasting over 20 years. The washer was the same age, so I decided it was time to replace both. Today they were delivered. Just in time, too! We were out of clean clothes. 👗
I was a little scared about buying new machines because washers and dryers have changed a lot since the last time I shopped for them. Some load from the front, some load from the top, there's fancy digital displays, washers have no agitators... It's intimidating.
All I can say is WOW! I had no idea how poorly my old machines were performing. I was able to wash and dry six loads of laundry in a single day. No way could I have done that with the old machines.
Sometimes change is good. ❤️️
